Kar's Birthday 1

Okay la, so it wasn't as chun as previous birthday outings, but still bloody fun and FUN to see each other again and catch up after so many blow offs (sorryyy). There wasn't much agenda this time, besides a posh dinner which i didn't go for , but there was definitely more talking and goss! woot!

So while getting lost looking for FOS, (sorry la, my north and south court directions are always mixed up) I panic-ly bought the most pathetic birthday present to date. I WILL MAKE IT UP TO YOU, BUY MORE CHUN PRESENT OKAY! I finally found Lee, Anaz and Kar, and Lee introduced Patrick (who has decidedly spoilt Lee very much, as she now insists on having her hands held 24/7. BOTH of them. layan la layan..) before we aimlessly walked around. Then the birthday girl and Anaz decides to go on diet (eh too much) so there's only Lee, Patrick and me to decide where to go for lunch. Someone wanted to eat pasta, and for some reason I suggested Dome.

The seafood pasta was dissapointing- where the heck are all my squids?! All they gave were three prawns and three oysters. Not like they were very tasty in the first place la... eeshyooo WHEN I ORDER SEAFOOD ANYTHING I EXPECT MY SOTONG/CALAMARI/SQUID! in abundance! But the parmesan cream was tolerable, i'll give them that. We must have sat there for almost two hours talking and laughing and gossiping and talking and talking. oh right, and camwhoring.

Anaz and I discovered that Kar must have very very very precise timing. Even if the sun is still shining, but her watch says it's midnight, the sun is wrong. HEEEE

Kar's ear became a topic for a bit. Before we set off into peals of cackling.

That brought about memories of moral class, Miss Umma, and some goss about people who used to be in our moral class.

I do not stalk people. I swear. I just happen to be very curious that Patrick was in the same school as him okay...

I came up with that name okay! trademark!

You know they're up to something when Lee pouts and makes puppy faces at you just so she can have the couch seats. *layan la layan*

Then she got bored, and scouted for more cam whore buddies.

As Anaz said, "Hiao betul"

After ciaoing from Dome, we went off to Carrefour to check out sunnies and Lee wanted to run some Golden Errands for her mom. Or so i thought. I turned around half way to find that Kar and Anaz had mysteriously dissapeared. A check call to Kar turns out that they had went to buy chocolate fondue strawberries after they wouldn't let me buy my sugar cover-coated strawberries :D

Chocolate covered strawberries, yes, like Siti Nurhaliza punya favorite dessert, is actually quite a messy affair. Just ask Anaz. Or her jeans. sorry babe! The strawberries taste really nice and all, but the fact that you have to poke and pry and gouge little satay stick size holes into the poor strawberries is a bit deterring, but the price is quite worth it. RM4.50 for a box which has approximately 10? not bad laaaa. They should put the into separate little compartments though, all the strawberries were stuck together in chocolatey chunks.

I think right, we've become old. like. OLD. Gone are the days when we could walk around the whole mall. Now we can barely make a trip to Dome where we sit down 99 % of the time, a few hundred metres on the LG level eating strawberries, and two trips to the washroom before we RETIRE to the nearest eatery with seats(dunkin donuts omg). And there is a short collective silence as we sit down because we are silently sighing with relief that our legs and butts get a rest. ahhhhhh....

But of course, the trigger happy fingers can never rest. SMS marathons pay off.
